In preparation for the 24-25 school year, we will complete After School Program registration beginning today and continuing through July 12, 2024. This will allow our program directors to contact all parents the week of July 15 such that after school arrangements are set prior to school starting. If you are interested in your child attending, please complete the linked form by July 12. Completion of this form does not guarantee a spot in the After School Program. Additional information can be found on the form. Thank you!

CPS and CES students are invited to Open House on Wednesday, July 31. On this day, parents and students will have the opportunity to meet their child's teacher and see their child's classroom. Representatives related to questions regarding transportation, student health, etc. will be on hand in the cafeteria. To help manage the crowds, we ask that students with last names beginning with the letters A-M visit from 4:00-5:30 and students with last names beginning with the letters N-Z visit from 5:30-7:00. If your child is a returning student, please make sure you have completed the existing student registration update prior to July 31. Enjoy your last weeks of summer!

LYM mentors are carefully screened and trained to mentor students by expressing care, helping them know and build on their strengths and skills, and sharing meaningful conversations. If you're interested in signing up your student or becoming a mentor, please visit LegacyYouthMentoring.org or email lisa@legacyyouthmentoring.org.

If you are interested in being a part of the team or in nominating another parent, please complete the Google Form linked by Friday, May 10. Friday, May 3rd, will be the final day of this school year for which meals may be charged without a positive account balance to support the charged amount.
This is necessary to enable our Cafeteria Managers to assess their list of owed balances, notify households and close out the school year with zero negative balances.
Beginning Monday May 6th students will not be able to purchase meals without payment or an account balance to support the charge. Please put sufficient money on your child’s account or send payment with them for the purchase of meals. Positive balances on the final day rollover to the next school year OR you may request a refund by e-mail or in writing to the School Nutrition Director. Positive balances for graduating seniors or students leaving the district can also be donated to our Angel Fund. The Angel Fund consists of community donated funds and is used to help families needing assistance paying their child’s school meal account.
