Just a reminder to our PK and K parents to join us for our Boo Hoo or Yahoo informational meeting on Monday (Kindergarten) or Tuesday (PK) from 8:00-9:00 in the Media Center. This is for parents only. Students should be dropped off at their classroom by 7:40.

Open House for CPS & CES is Wednesday, July 26 from 4-7. Last names A-M come 4-5:30 & last names N-Z come 5:30-7. If your child will need medications at school, be sure to bring them to Open House and visit our nurses at their table in the cafeteria. All students must be registered in order to meet their teacher.

Is someone in your household enrolled in Free and Reduced School Lunch? You may qualify for the FCC’s Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)! The ACP provides households with up to a $30 credit every month toward their internet bill. Ga Student Connect will be contacting eligible households to provide online enrollment assistance to anyone that qualifies so please be aware of any call coming in from 470-500-1903. Attention Parents: ALL students MUST sign up for bus transportation during the Online Registration process before school begins on July 28, 2023, in order to be placed on a bus route. All students who sign up for bus transportation will be given an ID tag to scan on and off the bus. Students are NOT allowed to ride the bus without the ID tag. If you need to make any changes, please contact the Transportation Department at 706-335-5500.

In preparation for the 23-24 school year, we will complete After School Program registration beginning today and continuing through July 12. This will allow our program directors to contact all parents on July 17 such that after school arrangements are set prior to school starting.
